Necessary charges other than products

Expiration date of application
If you place an order by bank transfer and there is no transfer within 15 days after confirming your order, it will be invalid. In the unlikely event that it is out of stock, we will notify you by email. We will inform you when it will be restocked.
Regarding defective products
If any of the products we ship is defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please note that there is no refund.
Delivery time
We accept prepaid transactions for ordering Elitas uniforms, performance wear for games, or specially planned products. Please pay within 15 days of placing your order. If you cannot pay the full amount, you can pay 60% of the total amount. In that case, please deposit the balance within two weeks after delivery. After the payment is confirmed, we will start making the product. We will deliver the product according to the guidance on the product introduction page. If you find that the delivery date will be delayed in advance, we will contact you by email to report it. In addition, for ordinary products, we will deliver the products based on the delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
